Reception was great very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic, but there is a lot of ambient noise from other rooms upstairs and neighbouring rooms. Generally, the building is tired both internally and externally. I was woken a couple of times in the night by very noisy neighbours and unfortunately you can hear the use of other bathrooms in neighbouring rooms which is rather unpleasant.

Arrived late but able to access room without a problem. Stayed for two nights in a reasonably comfortable room but, despite request after the first night, had no TV remote. However an excellent breakfast that was very welcome. Might stay again if in the area.

I found this place as needed somewhere at last minute. It was almost half the price of a premier inn or travelodge but still had everything you get in one of them. Slept really well. Courtesy call from hotel as it was getting close to 11pm and I hadn’t checked in. I’d stay again.
We arrived to be shown through to the back of the property. Several mattresses leaned against the back wall of what was referred to as 'the cottage'. We were left to discover the room for ourselves. Tape held the rusty shower together. The room was barely bigger than the double bed. The chair was ripped. Bumps to the walls. Holes to the desk. This room is definately not advertised on their website. We were refused a refund if we complained to Expedia. Avoid!
This place is a dirty disgusting disgrace ! Absolutely filthy conditions throughout room and bathroom complained to reception my room was filthy she didnt ask what the problem was or apologise for any inconvenience or attempted excuses ....here take the keys to room 16 instead ....just as filthy and disgusting unfortunately i had to get straight to site to work out of hours and had no time to find anywhere ekse to stay that i could of checked into in the early hours so i was stuck in this big of eternal stench. Avoid at all costs its a health hazard and im suprised hotels/expedia pronote this hotel
Terrible. Dilapidated. Worn. Dirty. Smelly. Wife and kids refused to take a shower and no way we were taking a chance on breakfast. Saving grace- it was only a 1 night stay.
Well the property was in a desired location for my wifes graduation the day after arrival that was a easy 5 min drive down the road thats about as good as it got the room was a bit dated in urgent need or updating there was a few things wrong in the room that i wont go into the breakfast was good the bed was good enough for the night sleep we both needed a shower in the morning but was always going hot and cold but we managed so like i said it was in a convenient location so we were prepared to let the small stuff not bother us we arrived at 8.30pm and left at 10 am the next day so in a nut shell probably wouldnt go back unless the property went through a good update.
