couldnt have asked for more !!

Pros: Friendly owner ... Made time to talk to you and feel welcome.
Cons: Bike storage .
Location: Close to city centre 10 min walk ... Close to Carlisle Utd football ground ( 500yds ) handy for the sands centre .
Great location ( 10 minute walk to town or £2.50 in a taxi ) very friendly owner .. Nothing too much trouble , rooms very clean and spacious and a shower I didn't want to get out of. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning with options of cereals toast etc.. Will definitely stay here again

close to the city centre

Pros: Cleanliness and decor
Very handy only a 5 minute walk from the city centre , very clean , quiet, excellent friendly owner.
