Had I read the reviews on this property, I would not have chosen it. The room I had for the 2 of us was a large room with a full kitchenette. However, as we walked in, the dank smell of a musty room with dirty carpeting came to mind. The ottoman had a deep slash in the leather top, exposing the foam stuffing. The 2 queen beds were made with just a top and bottom sheet with no comforters nor blankets. Just the top sheet was all it had. We were given 2 bath towels but only 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. There was a tissue holder with no tissue. There were no shampoos, no hairdryer. The bath tub was very scratched-up & dingy. We saw a couple of fleas in the room and realized this property advertised as pet-friendly (thus the fleas). When asked about an ice machine, the front desk clerk advised us that the refrigerator in our room had an ice maker. It did but it was turned off. After turning it on, we got 6 cubes of ice after 2 hours. Again, had i been a better consumer, i would have read the reviews and the property amenities more closely and chosen somewhere else to stay. There is no breakfast, the pool exists but is drained and off-limits. There's a fitness center but is closed and not working. Shame-on the management/owners. Even without amenities, at the very least, you should provide a clean and comfortable room with decent bedding and toiletries. These are the basics!

I’m only giving a 1 star review because of a HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. Multiple times the staff rekeyed our room keys WITHOUT VERIFYING our ID. It wasn’t just one person it was multiple staff members which makes me question if the management is properly training on the severity of what could happen.

The first room had cockroaches all over the room. The second room had a broken AC and the trash hadn’t been dumped from the previous guests. The blanket had a large stain on it. The front desk receptionist tried his best to help but he ended up refunding someone else’s room when we told him we were leaving. He also didn’t tell us the main AC was broken down until we left.

The pool was drained and closed. The room and furnishings were old and soiled. The carpet felt wet as if it was cleaned right before we got there, which also contributed to an awful smell.

We did not stay at this hotel. The air conditioners did not work in the room. We did not even bring any luggage into the hotel because the air did not work. The maintenance man could not fix it. The person at the desk refused to change our room, but only said I could pay for an Upgrade. We stayed at a different hotel down the road. I was told by the desk person that my money would be refunded. Hopefully I don't have to fight to get my money back.

The room I booked was very unsanitary and dirty. The couch was very stained and old, the carpet floor was so obviously not vacuumed, and then I found an ant trail in the bathroom and even a few on the bed! The clerk although seemingly clueless in his job, did give me an upgraded room which made up for it. The upgraded room was like staying in a totally different hotel. Those old hotel rooms need to be completely renovated. There were also sketchy people all hours of the night wondering around.

Staff was pushy to want us to pay for cash for the reservation and seemed irritable when we stated we wanted to pay with our card. Facility had pool, gym, and all spaced besides rooms closed. Room was dirty, furniture frayed and pulled damaged, carpet always felt wet, found several bugs/roaches crawling around.

Okay updated review. We stayed Aug 30th for one night. Clean room, bed was comfortable. Everything was fine until our AC wouldn’t turn off. The buttons were broken. Then the dog next door wouldn’t stop barking at first but then after a while stopped. Now when I got up in the morning there was a small juvenile roach in the kitchen sink, and in one of the cabinets there was the roach egg sac. Having roaches before in my home, I know exactly what they look like. I went through all our bags, took everything out, shook it, looked in seams, took off and shook pillow cases. Then in the bathroom sink (which is beautiful design) was full of ants. The girl at the desk is a sweet lady and she was accommodating. Conclusion, we won’t stay here again. Maybe if we ABSOLUTELY have to, but no. The weed smell everywhere, dirty hallways, it’s just not worth it for us.

Overall I was happy but a few things were not great. Two electrical outlets one near the kitchenette and one near the bed were nonfunctional. The microwave did not work. The bathtub had been painted on the bottom to cover up something and there were badly patched sections of wall in the bathroom. Including were the toilet paper holder was. Staff seemed friendly
