We stayed here for 2 reasons, pool and smoking rooms. We got a smoking room, but the pool, however, was closed for the season. I understand that it is fall, but in this region it stays hot until November. So needless to say i was disappointed. Both days we were there it was 95°. Asbfor our room. It was a little small for a king size bed. The window curtain had a big rip in it. The shower curtain wasn't long enough, so water got everywhere. The bathroom door was coming off the top hinge, so you had to lift up the door to close it. The bed was great and had new linen so that was nice and the air conditioner worked great. The staff was friendly and gave me what i needed when asked with a smile. Its a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

Constant knocking from 6-10 am
Stay was ok, however room service was a nuisance. Had to stay up to get some work done and was woken up early around 6 and had a knock on the door every hour until 10. Checkout was not until 11 and i was planning to get up and be out by 10:30, but was left extremely annoyed when housekeeping became a nuisance. I understand they like to get the rooms cleaned as quickly as possible but we had told them that we would leave around check out just to have them knock again on the hour until we ended up leaving just to be done with it.

Great customer service
Decent value. Quiet, reasonably comfortable. Good room service and amazing evidence of caring about a customer. A couple of hours after we checked out, we realized that we were missing something. After searching for it among our things, we called and asked if we had left it in our room. We described where it might have fallen out of view. Housekeeping said they had not found anything but someone went back and checked. It wasn’t there, but they sent a text indicating that they couldn’t find it. We later found it under the driver seat of our pickup. That was excellent service — friendly and sincere, not reluctant.
