House on the first floor therefore offers a view of the gardens from all rooms. Two large terraces, one furnished for outdoor dining, the other, facing the pine forest, is furnished with sitting rooms. Thanks to two double beds it is ideal for two couples. Thanks to the immediate proximity to the sea, it is ideal for families with children. Thanks to the presence of another apartment in the same property it is ideal for groups. Parking space is offered.
