The room was supposed to be remodeled and it was not. It was old and hairs in the sink and bath tub the casino was on but the machines were not made for winning anything Cafe was just ok breakfast was the same thing everyday which was a bit disappointing. Probably never stay again

Nice newly remodeled rooms. Right off the highway. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Close to Mills Park. Security was pleasant even to me. A not so white person.

They are renovating the entire facility. Staff were friendly Room was great, bathroom was roomy, I slept great on the bed. Room was 9/10 for me. Only down side was shower had some spots that needed to be cleaned better and there were a few spots of mold on the high walls and ceiling near the tub. Hall smelled like cigarettes in the morning. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Overnight Carson Visit

The hotel is currently being renovated. From what I could see the renovations will be beautiful. My accommodations, though the room was older, were very nice. Very comfortable bed, the bathroom was spacious and the room had a nice separate chair to use. Clean room. My only real issue was that my card key would not open one of the exterior doors. The green light on the key pad would come on but the lock would not disengage. This was very annoying since it was the door closest to my car/room. I moved my car to a different entrance door, further away, so I could actually get in the building. During the renovation it is a little difficult to find the check in area. One must follow the signs. It would be nice if a big “Check In Here” sign was posted by that area. I met a few others when I checked in who couldn’t find the location to check in. I showed them.

Temporary check in needs better signage. Guest rooms have been recently remodeled and have some great features. In addition to the microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge they have a very convenient bar sink. Looks like an attractive new main check-in lobby will be finished soon.

They are remodeling but room was decent. Casino is small but what were was great was their restaurant The Grill. The free breakfast was really good and their full menu looked good too. We will stay here again if we are in the area again.
