Possibly put signs in the bathroom that the water faucet has a gadget at the bottom of the faucet that needs to be pulled down for the shower. I had to call the office twice to get correct information.

Our tubs and pools felt great! I really could not smell the sulfur or barely feel the mineral waters compared to LaGrande hot springs which also has a pub and theater on-site. Loved having our private tub on our balcony.

We were there for several days and none of the days was our rooms checked for new towels or trash removal. Staff not clear that one of the rooms did not have a TV for our older family members, were not able to assist to correct or move my family. Only offered some on property services that were not ones that my parents would utilize.

Did not like the number of stairs to get to our room after walking from inconvenient parking lot. Parking was limited so was on far end because of swimmers to the pool. The hot springs are not accessable so "the therapy pool " with chlorine was the substitute. The fire pit was a nice touch.. other than that wouldnt be a return visit.
