El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. El tipo nos dijo que él tenía una vida y no era el dueño para esperarse a atendernos. Ojalá que la empresa tome en serio nuestro comentario porque por gente como este imbecil hará que nadie quiera regresar a su hotel
