There was an issue with the processing of our payment card that the lady said was a card error. She did not offer an alternative way to pay, such as manual entry.
There was often no one at the desk.
I requested a ground floor room due to traveling with my elderly father who has mobility issues. The request was accommodated. The tub however was not suitable for use for my father due to the floor of the tub being wobbly and poses a safety risk, even to someone without mobility issues. I attempted to talk with someone at the front desk multiple times but no one was there and we needed to check out to be at a 9a.m. commitment. My father was unable to shower before we left.
We received excellent service from a young lady that must have left shortly after breakfast was served. I suspect there may have been someone in a back office but not assisting customers at the front desk. We also needed the handicap parking near the entrance and a personal car was parked in the striped area that is intended for entry and exiting of a vehicle in the adjoining handicap spot. There is a large lot that this car could be parked in and I suspect that it was an employee vehicle.
While this location has come a long way since my stay in June 2022, there are still matters that could be addressed. The breakfast was good and serving area clean. The rooms appear to have been updated bit the hallways may not have been.
There was quite a bit of hallway noise in the evening
