I picked this hotel since it’s conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle. After a 9 hour flight, I waited over an hour (in the heat/ no sun shade) for a shuttle that never arrived. I made several (16 to be exact) phone calls to the hotel, no answer and messaged the WhatsApp, in which they returned my message 5 days later! I paid $12 usd for a 6 min taxi ride, got to the hotel and the shuttle was sitting there with the driver in it! Not a reflection of Morocco but it was not a warm welcome. Other than that, the room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Very poor service We have to wait an hour for the shuttle to be pick up from the airport One towels at room , very poor quality of the matress Trying to have breakfast at 7 am out orange juice Things could be better !

We were on a Long layover. Needed a firm bed and hot shower. This fit the bill. It was close to the airport and there is a free shuttle available. In addition the garden is relaxing.
