The house is situated at 600m above sea level, on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain that separates the valley of the Arno from the Casentino. The rustic house is located in a strategic position, 30 km from Florence and Arezzo, and 40 km from Siena.
There is a spectacular view over the valley and the pool. The house is about 5 minutes drive from Castelfranco di Sopra. It is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace and nature.
The farm consists of a central house and 5 other buildings. The property features 5 hectares of garden, vineyard and olive and fruit trees. The farm produces high-quality olive oil, wine, vin santo, vinegar, fruit, jam and honey, all of which are sold on-site. There is an organic vegetable garden at the farm.
Since about 1200, Belvedere has been a centre of agricultural activity, as evidenced by documents and equipment.
The interior of the house is rustic and exudes a typical Tuscan atmosphere. The rooms in the house are interconnected by small stairs, consisting of three steps. From both the living room and the kitchen, you have access to the garden with garden furniture.

Follow directions for CASTELFRANCO di Sopra, from Castelfranco take for PIANDISCO. After 1 km (bridge at Mandri), before the bridge turn right for "PULICCIANO" (uphill and narrow road). In PULICCIANO take for BELVEDERE N° 1-5, along Via Del BELVEDERE: last 500 m white road, not asphalted. of unpaved road
