Nestled in the beautiful Gulf of Castellammare, the homonymous city descends gently toward the sea up to the castle, between two magnificent beaches of soft golden sands. Particular is the conformation of the port, the center of nightlife. Here, every morning you can buy freshly caught fish directly from boats and take the motorboat (or rent a boat) for trips along the beautiful coast (Scopello-Riserva dello Zingaro-San Vito lo Capo) with a swimming break at about 8 km, lies Scopello, charming old fishing village, famous for its Faraglioni and crystal clear waters, a paradise for divers for its rich flora and fauna. Soon after, a string of pearls along 7 km. A succession of cliffs along the sea, rugged cliffs, beautiful bays, deep inlets, caves and tunnels, fantastic beaches of pebbles and sand that are reflected in a sea shimmering pristine tones: it is the natural reserve of Zingaro. But the attractions of Castellammare is not limited to the country and the nature around it. In fact it is located in a province full of very ancient history and a special charm: the province of Trapani. Not far from the small but charming island of Mothya.Si keep breathing history in the two great archaeological complex of Selinunte and Segesta.
