Quiet but lovely
The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great.

Great apartment. Well equipped with views of canal.
Communication with the owner Luc was always easy and he replies almost immediately. The apartment is modern and well equipped and has great views directly onto one of Empuriabravas many canals. We fell in love with the town and walked miles around the streets and canals. We will definitely return one day. Really good value for apartment. We would also highly recommend a restaurant call Raco del Mar which is situated on the seafront. The food and service is excellent. Thank you Luc. Steve

Lovely flat with great views
A very comfortable, newly modernised apartment with lovely views over the waterway and rooftops of Emouruabrava. Communication was good and we thank Luc for a great stay.

ça aurait pu être top
Heureusement que le soleil était au rendez-vous. Annonce qui disait wifi gratuite, mais en fait il fallait acheter une carte de 15€ dans un tabac mais même en achetant cette carte pas de réseau convenable... Durant tout le séjour, des remontées dégouts. Le pire c'est la douche! Dès le matin ça vous cueille et vous donne envie de vous enfuir de la cabine de douche!!! Carte TV périmée depuis le 21 septembre. Pas de TV de la semaine, ce n'est pas qu'on la regarde mais on avait privilégié cette prestation pour notre enfant. Le propriétaire sympa et désolé de l'apprendre, nous a fait un geste commercial. Il n'était pas au courant. Heureusement que le soir, on avait jeux de société et livres. Les lits superposés au nombre de 3 ,il manquait des lattes aux sommiers sur les 3 couchages. L'étendoir à linge sur 7ou 8 fils, 3 de valides. Voilà, le propriétaire sait tout :-) Après la vue est géniale. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Le syndic super.

Avons passé un bon séjour, la residence est agréable, bien entretenue et tranquille la piscine au top avec ses transats L appartement conviendra très bien a un couple avec deux enfants ou 3 adultes mais pas plus. Le parc en face de la résidence est super, il y a de quoi faire de bonnes ballades en vélos voie verte. Multitudes de restaurants et commerces Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol vous vous en sortirez toujours Je recommande cet appartement. ,

Min punten: rioleringlucht, appartement was niet echt schoon, geen bbq en ligplaats boot was kleiner dan vermeld. Pluspunten: mooie vrij nieuwe inrichting, mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon en mooi zwembad.

un bel appartement
A notre arrivée, l'appartement ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé. Nous avons immédiatement envoyé un email au propriétaire. Ils ont répondu immédiatement et ont agi immédiatement : une femme de ménage a été envoyée et nous avons obtenu une réduction sur le montant payé. Pas une belle arrivée, mais un bel appartement, un bon propriétaire, un quartier sympa et de belles vacances.

Logement très bien situé. Immeuble et commodités très propre et calme. Petit bémol, le logement manque d'un sérieux nettoyage poussière+++ sols très sales à notre arrivée. Petite réparation à effectuer : fuite sous l'évier, cafetière fissurée et plus de lumière dans le frigo. Très peu d'eau dans la douche sur à un encrassement de la paume de douche. Propriétaire néanmoins très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons dans le logement si nous sommes à nouveau de passage.

Joli petit appartement
Petit appartement, agréable pour 2 adultes un ado (pas plus ) , le balcon étant étroit difficile d’y manger à 4 . La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est bien équipé, et la piscine très agréable. Une supérette juste à côté avec boulangerie permet de faire ses courses d’appoint à pied, très pratique … Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, merci !

Bon séjour. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Dommage que du 24 à 12h au 27 jour de départ, pas de piscine pour une fuite avec une "réparation folklo". Il y a des chances qu'on revienne.

Appartement lumineux et bien situé ! Petites précisions: la piscine etait fermé pendant notre sejour et internet payant ( pas préciser dans l' annonce). Quelques details à revoir : poignée de porte branlante, douche entartrée, une seule poêle et inutilisable, et menage a revoir. Nous avons quand même passé un très bon sejour. Appartement au calme et beĺe vue.

Emplacement idéal, pleins commerces divers à proximité, Quartier agréable et parc arboré Une vue du balcon magnifique. Piscine et résidence très bien entretenue et propre. Propriétaire réactif et répond très vite. Très bel appartement bien agencé.
