For the price it was perfectly acceptable. The parking stalls are incredibly skinny. Clean and comfortable and pleasant staff. The railroad tracks at the back might be a problem but I didn’t notice them. I would stay there again.

Our room was excellent with a small kitchen, king bed and deck. We have been here at least 10 times before so we know about the train and it doesn't bother us. The location is fine with the park and mall close by.

The property is on a hill so don't book there if you have vertigo or mobility challenges. the elevator is on the middle of three levels, making part of the building difficult to access. no breakfast is available.

Older building but clean and well appointed. A train track ran right behind the building. There were two trains. Neither disturbed us. Good place to stay overnight on a road trip.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and upgraded us to a new room when the toilet in our original room didn’t work. The hotel is near a beautiful park and the lake. A train runs directly in back of the hotel, but it didn’t bother us.

Outside around building was dirty by doorways. The train whistle was noisy. View of lake was nice. Parking was very tight and access to road was dangerous. No closet. Peeling wallpaper in washroom and dirty around tub sealant and in cornerss.

We were put in the basement. Bathroom was ridiculous as you had to close the door to get on the toilet. My cousins room was way better for same price. The carpet was dirty and again felt like we were in a dungeon. True story!

I’ve known this hotel since it was called the Viking. I like it and I’ve stayed here many time. Yes the train rolls by at 0500hrs but you get used to it.
