Hotel is well situated in a quiet area with lots of dining options. It’s also an easy walk to all the historic areas. We also used the hotel gym several times and we thought it was very decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling in catania.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, however, the rooms desperately need to be renovated. Threadbare carpet, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, etc. It looks like it hasn't been renovated in 20 years, no joke.

Property was good and staff was very helpful. It was within a 10 minute walk to the Main Street via Etnea. The area around the hotel is dirty, but from what I have seen that is basically Sicily in a nutshell. Beautiful island, very nice people, lots of garbage.

The staff were great - very helpful and kind. The room was spotless and fresh and had a great shower. Outside there was a lot of rubbish piled on the street which was not the fault of the hotel but was unpleasant.

Nice, clean, safe and friendly accommodation!! The staff is very friendly and professional; they make you feel welcomed and resolve your requests promptly so you can focus on your trip. Internet is a bit slow for the regular EU standards.
