Adequate but not 100% as advertised
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to attend a wedding in the area. Found it clean and comfortable but with some mis-representations. Firstly, on hotels.com the room was listed as having a mini fridge. We arrived to find a spot for a fridge but no mini fridge. When we asked we were told they don't have them. This was a major nuisance as it was very hot (July) and we couldn't cool our pre-purchased water as we expected when we selected the room. Secondly, the hotel advertises itself as having EV chargers. Physically this is true but practically it is not. The EV chargers operated by a 3rd party who requires pre-registration and 10 days to mail a chip-containing card for payment.. without which cannot use the chargers. Unless you already have the app and card they are of no use. Hotel takes no responsibility and provides no support for the EV chargers. The lack of EV charging capabilities was a significant problem for us as we rented an EV believing we could charge at the hotel but we couldn't. We would most likely have made other arrangements if we knew the real "status" of the EV chargers. Some positives: ample free parking, good breakfast and pool was great relief for summer heat.

This is a combination of Mercure and Ibis in one building with one reception desk. Oliver staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I stated an Ibis room which was cley and very comfortable. The included breakfast was varied, continental style.The location is at the edge of Cavaillon with easy access to the A7, D99 to St Remy de Provence, and the towns of Gordes and Roussillon.
