Amazing service
We parked our car at 3 am, took the Comfort Inn Shuttle to the airport and returned a week later at midnight. At both ends of our trip we had excellent service by young women who did it all: answered the phone, scheduled stays, gave service, then drove to the airport and back, only to continue this all night before making breakfast in the morning. Amazing!!

It was an okay room until we pulled out the sofa bed and there was mouse poop all over the mattress protector and bed had no sheets or blanket on it. Still was dirty from last people that stayed there with pink foil confetti everywhere. Front desk lady was very nice when I went down and told them I was checking out because of issues. Even gave a refund.

The hotel has a lot of unmet potential and feels like nobody cares for it. I had a suite which would have been amazing if the place was better maintained. The elevator was dirty and the surrounding area smelled like sewage for my entire stay. The room had multiple worn or broken features including a shattered toilet lid, stained shower curtain, rusty shelving, grimy remote, and holes in the sheets. The staff did seem friendly, parking is easy, and it's pretty quiet even with the airport right there.

The first room they gave us had no hot water and low water pressure. They were very good about moving us to a new room but acknowledged that the water was a known issue. The room they moved us to was full of dog hair and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned again. Overall, not a bad hotel but we will choose a different place when we return in a few months.

The hotel isn’t being well-maintained. Only 3 of the jets in the hot tub were working. The doors to my room didn’t lock without lots of handle jiggling. Unfortunately the staff had not been trained in this, so my room was unlocked for an entire day after Housekeeping was there. The front desk personnel were very nice, but the facility is not being kept up.

Not a great stay
The hotel is outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm, nor the beds comfortable. Vents were dirty and tub had rust around rim. The toilet needed to hold down to flush properly.
