Disgusting and outdated
Room was dirty and very stale, places were obviously not cleaned. Pool and hot tub were disgusting, floating hair and bugs and debris in both. Pool towel section was empty save for one stained towel. Linens in room were stained. Breakfast had many options but several items were stale and hard.

Room had a horrible smell of urine. When I expressed cobcern to front desk, the response was, "yeah they were afraid of that" I asked if she was telling me that the beds had been urinated in and she statated that the staff had spent over 3 hours in the room that day cleaning but were concerned that it still smelled. The smell was so bad you could smell it outside the door before you opened it and then in the room it actually burned your eyes and throat. It is unbelievable that they would actually put customers in that room knowing the condition and without replacing the mattress. I ultimately left and found other lodging. We be requesting a refund. Beyond horrible!

The hot tub was full of bugs. The pool was freezing. Our mini fridge in our room didn't work. We stayed a week and housekeeping didn't come not once. The two times we went to the front desk to get supplies we got the third degree about towels and they gave us two each time it was ridiculous. I only ate the Continental breakfast twice because after the second time my stomach hurts real bad. That was enough for me.

Our room had fleas we were getting flea bites all over us I took video of the fleas on the bed and took to the front desk to show the employees to see if we could move rooms or something and she was no help pretty much said I would need to stay in that room until morning and talk to management about it.
