Room seemed fine. Mold in shower area on top. There’s a lot of minor repairs to be completed in a single room let alone I have to guess all rooms. If I left my visitors in something like that my wife would have my hide. Bed was fine power didn’t go out so can’t complain about that. However the evening front desk “person” needs an attitude helper. Door didn’t open so I brought keys back. She asked me 3 times if door lock turned green. (This is not my first travel experience, I know unlock events on cards/doors) I responded each time no it didn’t change at all the cards are not working. She was so happy to help by snatching the keys and setting them up for me. Guess I could not bother her apple call on her phone or whatever great documentary she was watching behind the wall. Gruff interesting approach. Coming from Iowa myself this was most unpleasant person I have had at any of my stays anywhere in the state.

The room was in poor condition. The security lock on the door was broken and everything in the room was worn. The only reason I stayed is the room was clean, and it is by the airport.

Yuck
The door wouldn't close or open right, very noisy, nothing worked right. Their hot tub was down so thought I would take a hot bath, couldn't do that either, they had it so you could only use it as a shower, and couldn't get the dial to hot water, only cold. Tried to call front desk and it said it wasn't a valid extension. Was very cold in my room. Heater didnt work right either. Very disappointing.

I like that I could take the shuttle in the morning to the airport was disappointed that on my return it only runs to 5 PM so I will need to Uber from the airport to return to the hotel. I don't consider this necessarily shuttle service. The desk personnel that checked me in was distracted. I watched her dismiss without concern other guests with questions she failed to follow up on a policy. I asked about for parking stating she needed to talk to her manager about how it worked and would let me know never wrote down wake up calls, which I did not get and neither did any of the other guests that evening as evidenced by the wonderful top-notch employee, Kimberly that greeted me the next morning and showed me the sheet with no wake up, calls on it and it had multiple complaints from other guests who did not get wake up calls as well so the evening staff who checked me in shouldn't be in guest services the morning staff was excellent
