unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. The noise level was very high, both from the surrounding area and within the hotel itself. I could hear conversations and footsteps from adjacent rooms, which made it feel like there was little to no privacy. It felt difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the housekeeping services were lacking. During my stay, it seemed like there was limited attention to cleaning, as the room wasn't tidied as expected, and basic amenities were not refreshed. This made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped for. Overall, I expected a more restful and private experience and would suggest improvements in soundproofing and housekeeping to enhance the guest experience.

The first night that I stayed, I was in a damp, mildew smelling room. The tissues, toilet paper, bed, pillows etc was all damp. The smell was very heavy. I was told there was not another room available. I had a terrible night, unable to sleep well after driving 7 hours alone. The next morning I had a sore throat and stuffy nose. I went in the take a shower and noted.mold on the bathroom wall. After informing the front desk they were able to change my room that afternoon. The day I checked out I asked to speak to the manager who apologize and I told her that I didn't ferl that I should be charged for that first night which she agreed. She said since I paid via Expedia they would refund me. I don’t understand because I paid in advance for my stay. I have yet to receive any credits to date. We ask for daily housekeeping when we check in, it was not done. The morning of our checkout, cleaning entered our room around 8AM without knocking, assuming we have checked out. Otherwise the bathroom is large and the walkin shower is nice. Room itself is also large but we were not able to find the switch for the light next to the refrigerator

If you want to actually rest or think you will get to sleep in…then don’t go to this Hotel. Noisy, Noisy, Noisy as HELL! And you would think as much money as a customer pays to stay there…the would, at the very LEAST have some toiletries!! And another thing! Towels are HELLA HARD and they stingy with them! SMH. Do better please
