Wonderful!
The house is wonderful. It is modern, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely pool and incredible views of Cap Cerbere. Even though the temperatures got up to 36 deg.C some days, the house remained comfortable because of the lovely breeze coming off the sea.

On arrival nothing was to much for the Key holder and we received a welcome pack which was a surprise....The house was very clean and tidied. The rooms where spacious and well presented. The pool was immaculate and the patio area clean and tidy. Slightly difficult to find in the first place but once found well worth the effort as the views were beautiful. Internet access was easy and service excellent as we run our own Company very important for us to be available. Kitchen appliances where clean and lots of space for cooking. Would highly recommend for a group or family and like us for a couple. Only one commend and certainly not a criticism I would take my own bath towels....we took swimming towels but wish we had taken others....We would certainly go to this villa again....

Property exactly as described, clean and well maintained with everything required for a very enjoyable stay. M. Levacher welcomed us like old friends and explained the layout and facilities in a way that made us feel at home! It was also nice to receive a "welcome" pack from the owners. We had a very enjoyable stay, the views were incredible and the villa itself was outstanding! We would have no difficulty in recommending this property to anyone. We had various outings to the village, and nearby towns in France and Spain. We hope to return soon.

A beautiful house with a fabulouos view
The first impression as you walk through the front door is just stunning, you are faced with a huge window with a lovely expanse of sea and sunshine. You are left with your mouth hanging open. The house is large and airy and impeccably furnished, it has everything you might need in it, comfortable beds, a swimming pool to die for with lilos to use. They left us a gift of wine and local foods which was lovely, and the caretaker was charming and helpful. You are less than 5 miles to the Spanish border, where the markets are great and the food is cheap, and the beaches are sandy. We were able to spend a lot of time in Spain. We had a first class holiday and would highly recommend this villa. Only lack was that of a bathmat in the bathrooms, so take one with you.

Schönes Haus, toller Blick, wunderbare Region!
Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang, haben wir das Haus und vor allem die tolle Aussicht genossen. Für eine Familie oder ein befreundetes Paar die das Savoir-vivre genießen wollen können wir das Haus und die Region nur empfehlen. Auch ein Abstecher nach Spanien macht Spaß und es lohnt sich beide Weinregionen (Banyuls/Collioure und DO Empordà) miteinander zu vergleichen. Nicht ganz in der Nähe (ca. 40 Minunten) aber ein toller Tipp das Restaurant Emporium (www.emporiumhotel.com/en/restaurant-emporium). Wenn man die schöne Terrasse überhaupt verlassen möchte. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Very nice house with at view
The house is spacious and modern with a fantastic view from the upper floor. It has everything you need to feel at home. Nicely decorated with a touch of Lego. One thing to note though is that the house is located high above the village on a hill. The beach is therefore not really within walking distance and you will need a car.

Wir hatten ein schönen Urlaub, allerdings ist die Ferienwohnung schon in die Jahre gekommen.Der Pool wurde erst ein Tag nach unser Ankunft gereinigt und geöffnet. War für ein paar Tage nicht benutzbar. Die Poolliegen waren zum teil kaputt. Die Spühlmaschiene war defekt und hat es eine Woche gebraucht um die auszutauschen. In der Dusche hat das Wasser immer getropft und das wurde bis zur unser Auszug nicht repariert. Dafür wurden wir mit ein Atemberaubende Ausblick auf Meer belohnt. Die Gegend ist wirklisch sehr schön. Unten in der Stadt sind kleine Läden und die kleine Patiserie ist Goldwert. Wir werden definitiv wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, allerdings nicht mehr in diese Fehrienwohnung. MfG Fam. Meier

Spaceous Villa with a view
We had a nice stay in this lovely villa with a view! The view is on the sea and on the mountains. The house is very spaceous and very well decorated. The kids enjoyed all the lego in the house and the big pool outside. We hope to come here again one day.

Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans votre villa. La maison etait parfaite, tous y etait pour nous faciliter la vie et avoir un confort plus qu optimal. La terrasse top, la piscine exeptionnelle et cette vue... j ai du mal a trouver le mot adequat : feerique ca en mettait plein les yeux. Nous avons adore notre séjour et passé une semaine de reve. Schönes Haus in Traumlage

Grandioser Ausblick auf Mittelmeer und Bergküste. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, luxuriös offener Wohn- Essbereich mit riesigen Glasfenstern. Im oberen Bereich sind drei Veranden, eine nach vorne zum Mittelmeer, eine ausgestattete Barbecue Lounge seitlich (mit Meerblick) und eine hintere mit Blick Richtung spanische Küstenlandschaft. Ein Pool mit großer Liegefläche und ausreichend vielen schönen Holzliegen befindet sich auf der unteren Veranda. Die komplette Ausstattung ist hochwertig, sehr geschmackvoll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die himmlische Ruhe kam gratis oben drauf. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und den Verwaltern war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und flott. Ein ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis.

Belle maison sur les hauteurs de Cerbère .
Très belle maison , spacieuse et très agréable . Notre séjour était extra et nous avons bien profité de toutes les excursions possibles . Le coin est superbe. et l'Espagne vraiment toute proche !

Der Blick auf das Meer, die tolle Einrichtung, die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, der Pool - alles war einfach toll! In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Städtchen zu entdecken, ob auf der französischen oder spanischen Seite. Wir sind auch viel gewandert und haben einige Buchten entdeckt, die wir in der Nebensaison ganz für uns allein hatten! Leckere Restaurants, toller Wein - einfach ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! een feestje voor hart en ziel
ruime woning, goed uitgeruste keuken, rustige ligging in een niet toeristisch gedeelte. Als je bereid bent wat te rijden voor inkopen en sightseeing, hiking, is dit een prachtige locatie. Gastheer te vertrouwen. Het was een eer om hier te verblijven.
