The room was clean, both people working the front desk were friendly and attentive even when showing up late/leaving early, breakfast was hot and dress, bathroom was CLEAN, bed was comfortable- I was really happy with my short stay!

A tale of two different services
Check in great. Room was not serviced the next morning as we had a privacy label on door. It was removed at 10.00 am when we went out for the day. Poor! The bottom sheet on the bed was so thin it tore about 8 inches overnight. I mentioned this at check out, but no apology- just said - we won’t launder it then! Breakfast however was good and the server on the 2nd morning was lovely and friendly!

The bed in the room that we stayed out was horrible. We stuck in the middle and we fell out on both sides very uncomfortable seem like it was old. The room smelled of cleaning supplies or I don’t know what it was. It had a horrible spell.

This hotel was decent for an overnight stay but is in desperate need of updates. The carpet is faded and stained. The shower curtain was yellowed. The bed was comfortable and clean and it was very quiet. Nothing in the breakfast bar was hot or even warm. We had to go into the "prep" room and use the microwave. The oven was in but the biscuits never got there.
