A quiet and clean hotel, great for a road trip and the river next to it was lovely. There's a pool, although we didnt make use of it, and a hot tub, and a reliable BW breakfast. All in all a great place to stop.

Easy parking and very friendly check in. Typical US motel Helpful front desk when I had a query. We used this lodging as a midway break of a long journey and for that it was ideally located, just off the Interstate.

Could use a good thorough cleaning. Their breakfast is pretty good with plenty of choices to choose from. Desk persons were polite. Only real grudge is NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM. However there is a small fridge.

Best Western should be ashamed to be associated with this place! No elevator, I did not see this disclosed on the site! The desk clerk when I checked in was short and not friendly I tried asking questions and you would think I was bothering her very rude. Stairs up to room filthy and falling apart - trip hazard. Unable to control heat or air in the room, air was on but the temp was set and controlled by the office-I was not about to call her so we suffered through the night. Noisy you can hear through the walls and walkway outside the door. Dated and not overly clean. Due to poor conditions way overpriced this place should not have been over $100 but sadly was double that!

When we booked the room it said there was a fridge but there wasn't one. We didn't ask to move since we had already put all our stuff in the room. The room was clean however there was a big gap under the door to the hallway even though it was a quiet stay someone would be able to hear everything we said. Older building and it is a motor inn, we had an inside room which was nice. Very friendly staff and environment. I would stay again if in the area.

Most of the Best Western plus have been nice, this one in Chamberlain, not. The first room we checked into had a disinfectant odor, the carper is old and out dated. We went to the front desk and ask for another room, the second room was very dirty, carpet, bathroom poorly maintained. So back to the front desk, hoping room number 3 is better, it was, slightly. All three rooms the carpet was disgustingly, bathrooms out dated and disgusting, one room, the fridge didn't work. Its sad when house keeping can't pick up trash behind the luggage rack or move a floor lamp and vacuum the bugs in the corner. How can you miss a flickering light fixture in the bathroom sink area? One lamp in one of the rooms was missing a light bulb. The rooms were musty smelling and one room was smoked in. Our stay here was over priced and the reviews are over rated on this property.
