UTMB stay
Apartment was as described. Great location. Close to the centre of town, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the hubbub of UTMB, or bars and restaurants on the Main Street. Coffee shop opposite, bakery along the road and a supermarket just around the corner. Would definitely book again. Communication from management company was excellent.

Great location and amazing views
We loved the location and the views from this apartment. We were able to walk everywhere in Chamonix from here and appreciated having a private parking spot in a garage for our rental car. Parking would have been difficult otherwise.

Great apartment. Property manager went out of her way to be helpful with early check in and bag storage. Apartment had everything needed for our stay. My only criticism is it can be a little noisy at night but I’m a light sleeper.

It was a great top floor room with nice space and great kitchen fittings Management company dropped by a working hair dryer which is important on the cold- so appreciated their responsiveness when the one in the unit was not working Chamonix is great and this is so conveniently located Really enjoyed our stay- thank you!

Excellent Property
A superbly located property, conveniently situated close to all of the usual amenities required for a holiday stay. The apartment's kitchen was very well equipped for meal preparation and the lounge area a comfortable space to relax in after a day's hiking. Whilst we enjoyed good weather during our stay, we noted the availability of board games and DVD's should the weather have been unsuitable for outdoor activities. The apartment is situated in a block of about 12 units and we found the ambiance to be quiet and friendly. The views from the apartment's windows, particularly towards the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc were stunning. We shall definitely be returning to Chamonix in the future and would look to book this facility again were it to be available. Thanks for providing such a lovely home from home for what proved to be an unforgettable vacation. The Gibson Family.

We were right in the heart of the village and an easy walk to the main lift, yet the apartment was private, quiet, and very sweet. Lots of room to stretch out and feel at home.

All the home comforts, (needed if you bust your ankle on the first day of skiing!). Central to all of Chamonix. Good workout getting up to third floor several times a day... (not so with the former!). Loved the grinding coffee maker.🤪

Perfect location right next to the Aiguille du Midi lift
This apartment is located on the top floor of the building. The garage is down below the building. It can be quite a hike up the stairs but, once in the apartment, the views from the living room and bedroom are phenomenal. The kitchen is a cooks dream come true. They even include a fondue pot and fondue cookbook - we had a great time with that! The location cannot be beat - you are only a 5 min walk to the center of town and only a 2 min walk to the Aiguille du Midi lift. We were there in the summer and, although there is no A/C, we had no problems. The apartment was cool at all times. We loved this location and highly recommend it!

Excellent location with excellent views. Very suited to its surroundings and with all the facilities
Location is superb, with many services on the same street, the Main Street in chamonix centre being merely a stones throw away, and the aguille du midi cable car being very close (visible out of the window). The apartment is decorated in a fitting alpine style which really adds to the experience of staying in the valley. All of the amenities were available in the apartment which made life very easy. The parking also adds an extra convenience.

Great Location!
The apartment was comfortable and had enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was awesome and fully stocked to prepare any meal. Bathroom was nice and beds were comfortable. The location is amazing and because of it, we walked everywhere. Snostation was easy to work with when the garage opener didn't work. They responded and fixed it easily. Only downside was that it was a bit hot at night even with windows open.

Bel appartement chaleureux de style montagnard et bien situé. Bénéficie de plus d'un parking. Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec toutefois deux regrets : l'absence de balcon et une pièce à vivre assez sombre et une douche mal entretenue (joints jaunis et évacuation défaillante). A revoir au plus vite pour retrouver le standing du reste de l'appartement par ailleurs bien équipé.

Rien à dire sur la très bonne situation du logement ni sur les équipements dont dispose la cuisine. La place de parking couverte est un plus attention tout de même si vous disposez d'un gros véhicule. Par contre le logement était vraiment SALE. La moquette, tapis, carrelage, la cuisine, les plafonfs autour des velux, la literie je pense le pire quand nous avons enlevé les draps avant notre départ !!! Bref, de très gros progrès sont à faire à ce niveau.
