Very well kept property with a wonderful pool and even more wonderful staff. Food for breakfast is fantastic and very reasonably priced cocktails around the pool. The only downside is the number of smokers which meant it was rather unpleasant to sit on the balcony. This is not the hotels fault though!

Lovely place for a short (or longer) stay

We had a lovely long weekend here, and spent most of our time sitting by the gorgeous pool area. Staff are very friendly. Beach is on the doorstep almost and it is only a couple minute walk to loca tavernas/restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful hotel with amazing sea view

Beautiful luxury hotel with all facilities. The infinity pool is facing the Mediterranean and offers an amazing view of the open sea. Very nice and well maintained garden. We had a suite with private pool and terrace for a reasonable price, great value for money.

Cretan Dream Hotel , Crete

1st off I would argue this hotel is a long way off what I'd class 5*. Although it is very clean and has polite and helpful staff the room we stayed in was very average and the bed was very hard. Our room was above the kitchens/restaurant and at night all we could hear was the constant whir from the air con units that are on the perimeter wall down below. I was woken every morning about 4 am by the dustmen collecting bottles and rubbish too We ate in the restaurant in the evening twice ,choosing from the ala carte menu rather than pay 15 euros for the l buffet. The meals were very nice and worked out much better value than the buffet I think unless you have a very big appetite. We only booked last minute so I think we got a good deal on our rooms but if I had payed a more then I would have been demanding a room change. All that being said the hotel is in a quieter area of the resort and the beach and pool areas are very nice.

Nice, clean, quiet. Very good food, good service. Chania and Platanias are reachable with frequent bus services.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück ,sehr grosse Auswahl. Frisches Obst e.c....Suite war sehr sauber, Pool wunderbar .Wir kommen gerne wieder, wir hatten eine Wunderbare Zeit.

This is an average experience and ok hotel. Nothing special. Looks like the pictures. Outside areas are nice but no chance to get a tanning bead because people are rude and occupy all seats with their towels for the whole day as they leave the area. Cleaning staff is bad and rude. Some of the reception staff is very rude but not all. Food is average. No decent bus connections to the airport so taxi is the only option 35-40 one way.
