SanSal is a perfect location to relax and immerse yourself into the Chania culture! A short stroll to so many shops and Tavernas gorgeous people. The hotel staff were so helpful nothing was a problem highly recommend

They know customer service- greeted with a cold drink and welcoming staff. It is very modern with excellent views of the sea and amazing sunsets. Must stop and watch a sunset from the pool! Highly recommend

Romantic trip
A relaxing stay with an amazing location. A quick walk to the local beach and a very convenient walk to the Old Venetian Harbor. We loved the surrounding area. Anna-Maria was spot on in all of her recommendations, which we received upon arrival and she made notes on a local map which we referred to regularly. We had a beautiful room with private pool and terrace. Everything was fabulous.

What a great place to stay. We stayed in one of the corner rooms on the 4th floor for 5 days. This hotel felt very luxurious, but what made it really special was the staff. They were so warm and kind, especially Kostas and another female server (not sure her name but curly hair and blue eyeliner). The views were incredible and our room was also so clean. The area was ideal as your between the old town and nea Chora. We also really appreciated the parking. Would definitely stay again

This hotel is fantastic, one of the best we have stayed in. The executive suite was spacious- as a family of 4 we usually have two large rooms and we worried that staying in one suite instead might have been tricky but it was absolutely fine, plenty of space for us all. Particularly loved the balcony. Staff were amazing - housekeeping, reception, breakfast and pool bar were all so helpful and friendly, always there to help with whatever was needed.
