Great hotel, very clean and close to downtown Charleston. The bartenders were AWSOME! THE DRINKS WERE STRONG AND CHEAP. The food was good and affordable. I will definitely come back again.

Not good communications!

I checked in and was given my key and sent on my way. It was very hard to get through the door leading to the hallway. (I have an upright walker) It was also hard to get through my room door. Nothing was said to me about having to request towel replacements and on the 2nd night I had to ask for towels and that is when I was told I had to request towel service or room cleaning! Nothing was said to me at all about requesting this.

Loved the size of the rooms, it was very clean. The rooms seemed a little hollow of furniture, I did notice some pieces from the photos were not in the room upon arrival. I wish there could have been more hangers in the closet, a rack to place my luggage on, there wasn’t a dresser to unpack either. Overall, it was a quiet resort, close to everything, very clean and friendly staff.

The property was clean and the location was perfect for us. However the front desk staff did not make us welcome upon arrival. Also we requested a room refresh at the front desk that never happened.

It was easy to find, had ample parking and a great selection at the lobby convenience store. The beds were comfortable. The shower leaks water into the bathroom floor because of the set up but had great quality toiletries.

Great Value

We stayed here during a surgery I was scheduled for at MUSC. Location was perfect. The King suite was very comfortable. We had an issue with our fridge but the night manager was accommodating once we found her. Staff was all very friendly. The bartender was great. Food looked very good.
