The Charleston Place is first class all the way. From great service the minute you arrive to in hotel dining choices to the high end shops in the hotel and perfect proximity to The French Quarters and the historic area. Easily walkable and mostly electric mobility scooter friendly. Will definitely stay again upon any return to Charleston!

Expedia said we were getting a really nice big room. We booked it over other places because of this. When we got there staff told us it was a mistake and while we were getting and okay room it was no where near the level we expected. Manger promised to have a bed and bedding ready for our son so we agreed to the lesser room. Room had no view just inner courtyard. When we got back from dinner we had to call down and ask for bedding because it was not in the room as promised. Took a while to get bed to us and my son woke up with bites all over him. Hotel was under construction too so that was disappointing. Luckily we only stayed there one night. Room mess up was expedias fault but hotel should have worked harder to make it right. Manager should not make promises she can’t keep. We should be warned if hotel is under construction. Hotel is walkable to lots of shops and the market so that was nice.

My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. It would be impossible to ask for better service. Super clean, really beautiful. The location was ideal for walking Charleston. We cannot wait to return. I highly recommend Charleston Place.
