Excellent location. Authentic rooms, kept very clean. Very nice continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Parking is convenient and staff are all friendly. The old style beds are charming, and require steps to access them so may not be suitable for everyone.

We live in South Carolina and frequently visit the Charleston area. I booked at Fulton Inn bc it’s one of the few places we’ve not stayed. It was quiet, which was nice as Charleston has become a magnet for herds of loud tourists. It was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses, however, were uncomfortable and didn’t have fitted sheets on them - just a tucked in flat sheet which was odd. The people at the front desk were SUPER NICE, but we had a parking issue when we arrived and the college-aged sounding kid who answered the phone was miserable and couldn’t have been less helpful.

Great location in Charleston
The hotel is charming. The entrance is in an alleyway. Parking is available behind the hotel. The room was light, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Breakfast is delivered to your room, a nice touch.

Atmosphere was the best. I enjoyed the 4 poster, comfortable bed, good toiletries, and clean! Breakfast was continental only, but good. I actually enjoyed being able to eat in my PJs, and not feel like I had to compete with other guests for food. Very close to shopping, front desk was SO helpful, all the time. Loved the Happy Hour AND the Sherry.

Fabulous location and property
Fantastic historic hotel. A little expensive but well worth the price. Great location, hotel gives you personal attention and the rooms are clean and well cared for. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again.
