Love this place. Only place we stay when we come to charleston. Only issue i have is how a woman at the front desk is rude to my wife because my wife called called her out for trying to accuse her of letting one of the staffs little dog out. But that wont chase us away.

Wonderful room and nice property. Even grits!
Incredible room for around $100 a night. Nice couch, swivel TV, awesome work station. Highly recommend. Very nice staff. Shower door stuck and slide rod was a little loose. They said they’d fix before next guest.

Our stay was pleasant at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating and professional. When we arrived, the elevator did not work, but it was repaired by the time we went out for dinner.

The location was great. It's less than 6 miles from shopping and restaurants. The facility was clean and the service was great. Didn't get to try the breakfast. There was no parking issues. 20 minutes from downtown. Yet, the elevator was slow and at times was inoperable. Very inconvenient for individuals with physical disabilities. The HVAV system appeared to operate on motion. There were times when the room was cold and the heating system would only come on intermittently. Called for assistance but they were unable to help. Never saw a maintenance person. Due to the HVAC system and elevator issues, i would be hesitant to stay at this facility again.

The only thing that was bothersome was there were some extremely loud people staying near us. My mother haf just had surgery & we were trying to rest before heading out the next day. Otherwise, the hotel was great & near just about everything.
