The staff was helpful (didn't get my refund tho yet) the first issue was my key didn't work in the original room, so after going back to the office, they have me another room .. so there were coffee grounds on the floor, no towels, no shower curtain, no toilet paper, no remote for the TV, and no bible. It was almost 1am and I wasn't going to complain again, I just wanted sleep. Told the staff in the morning when we were leaving and they said they would give me a full refund. Hopefully they do that.

Never Again

Bed hard as a brick. No extra coffee supplies. No towel rack in bathroom. Had towels on back of toilet. Took $100.00 off my credit card plus room rent. Can’t get that back for a week.

Under emergency conditions this was the only hotel available for such a last minute request. The room looked as though it had no turn over. -Dirty Bed Sheets, bed barely made -Stains on sheets, pillows and comforter -Security lock missing and door loose -Damaged, torn and dirty fixtures and furniture -urine/ oil stains on bathroom floor -Parking lot was a complete ice skating rink no effort had been made by property to clear parking lot after snow storm

Pet friendly & Inexpensive

Do not expect luxury. This a friendly, clean(ish) standard Red Roof. We have stayed here a handful of times and it fits our needs. Of course it could use work but you can see that they're trying.

Horrible. Roaches.

Blood on the bedspread, woke up to cockroaches. Television only had about 5 channels that worked. Room was not very clean.

Customer Service Was Awesome As Always And Considering I'm Transgender MtF, I Felt Totally Safe And Never Had Any Discriminating Issues At All For The Entire Experience There. Thats Why I Only Stay At This Hotel In The Kanawha City WV Area And Not Any Others.
