STAYED 4 NIGHTS, FIRST NIGHT MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM BECASUE WATER ON FLOOR FROM AIR CONDITIONER, THEN SECOND ROON SPRAYED WATER ALL OVE THE BATHROOM FLOOR BECASUE SHOWER HEAD WAS DAMAGED BROKEN, THEN HAD ROOM CLEANED ONE NIGHT IN THE 4 WE WERE THERE. ASKED FOR REFUND SO WE COULD LEAVE EARLY DUE TO HURRICAN HELENE AND TOLD NO.

This is a hotel that is pretty much as you’d think; a value hotel. Nothing overtly bad about it, no horror stories, but conversely, nothing great either. The good of the friendly staff and decent breakfast, was quickly overshadowed by the torn up furniture, non-working pool, non operational gym equipment, and stained floors, sheets and bathrooms. If you’re looking just for some sleep and breakfast and to save a few dollars, this is it. If you’re looking for an updated hotel that pays attention to amenities; I might look elsewhere.

Breakfast was the worst I have experience, given I have had some bad meals through he years. To add to that awful experience, my wife and I had to endure FOX news on the tv. The same was true as we checked in the afternoon before, the tv was blasting FOX's political news. Strongly suggest, if you must have the tv on, then turn to channels less controversial during the "heated" times. Having 3 tvs in the lobby does not address the problem with one not working(frozen on (CNN) and the other on the weather. The perception is the manger/hotel is politically leaning. Not an inviting look for a place I wish to stay!

I overall enjoyed the room. One of the lights in ceiling didn't work. Also on day of checkout one housekeepers came in while I was inside. Lastly hot water under sink was luke warm. The shower was ok but wish been hotter. Overall it was solid hotel. Breakfast was good and it was clean
