The staff at the front desk were very freindly. The room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The 24/7 coffee and tea were nice touch didnt have to wait for breakfast when we were ready for coffee!

The only problem I had with my stay is….. The cleaning staff only works every other day, they did not leave enough towel, hand towels and wash clothes to cover the days they do not clean. We had to wait for front desk staff to bring them.

I always enjoy the stay here
This was the first time staying there that I had a street side room . There was a bit of road noise . The room was very warm & I had to turn the air conditioner on but it was still a but warm. I was in the shower the first day at 9:00 when they came to make up the room. I left for the day at 10:15 and they never came back to make the beds or pick up the towels .The hospitality staff is wonderful . Especially Creston at the front desk. He is so helpful and so informative with anything you want to know about the area , he really goes the extra mile.

Someone left the alarm set for 5:20am then at 6:45 the fire alarm went off. I have stayed here numerous times never a problem.

I love Hilton but I had never stayed in a Tru hotel before. I have to say I'm impressed. The room was not huge and lacked closets in favor of a hanging rack but there were lots of cubby holes and under bed storage. The bed and pillows were wonderful and I could have stayed in bed a lot longer. The gym was really nice and they had a nice set of free weights and bosu balls and trx stuff in addition to the treadmills. I got a good workout there. In the main lobby there is a pool table and lots of games and each night I came back to the hotel there were people laughing and playing games or pool. The front of house staff was very nice and all the maids and maintenance workers I met were all nice as well. The only negative is the food in the morning. There is the most basic stuff and a pancake machine. I will say the 24 hour coffee was pretty good as well. Recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Clean hotel, normal breakfast(eggs, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, bagels, etc). Convenient location to Charleston and Mt pleasant shopping. Staff was fairly friendly. Would recommend if staying 1-2 nights.

Every time we visit Charleston, we always stay here. We love this hotel, breakfast is fresh, staff is amazing. Front Desk clerk Kreaston is phenomenal! He always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and his personality is amazing!!

Nice place to stay
Took my mom to the beach and stayed here for a night. Nice hotel, not far from where we were going. Rooms were nice, good sized bathroom. Decent breakfast. Overall, good stay!
