Major rehab needed!
They only had a smoking room available, and we were happy to just get a room after hurricane Helene. However, it was so stinky I that room! The hotel needs a major rehab! Very old and in bad shape.

The pictures do not depict what the rooms really look like. The room was downright filthy. People around the parking lot being obnoxiously loud at 3 am. Door slamming all night long. Hair all over in the bathroom. The armchair in the room was sooo gross, we didn’t even want to put our suitcase on..on the other side, the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful in refunding us the money.

This was a horrible place to stay. We had an emergency evac. Because of flooding. Had a hour to get out with my dogs. Only dog friendly place is saw and the pictures looked great. When we got there it was like a crack den. Trash in hallways. Green algae pool. And a nasty garden the employee was getting food from? It was bad. I wouldn’t let me anyone stay here unless you had to.

This looks like it was a really great motel back in the 1970s. It's still in pretty good shape but location and area have led to it falling into being less desirable. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price. Room was clean although it reeked of weed near the bathroom (I think an adjacent room and connecting vent units?) Otherwise pleasant. Breakfast was no frills - a lot of things you could toast but nothing to put on them (no jelly nor cream cheese). Again, not a big deal.
