The staff was very nice very welcoming absolutely no complaints there. But the hotel overall was in very poor condition. Our room had several stains on the floor, the window curtains, the bathroom mirror had chips all over it, the toilet seat was only half attached, the bathtub has been painted over and the paint was chipping, the outside parking lot was very small and hard to park in, trash everywhere outside, broken fence with tree laying in parking spaces. The bed was very uncomfortable it was hard and the pillows were very small so you needed at least 6 for 2 people. Overall not a horrible stay but they really need to do some work on the facility.

Overall it was a good stay Elevator buttons broken two of the days. Would not stop on the desired floors. Had the take the stairs four times. No tissue or hand towels in the men’s room next to dining area.

Comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Some trash and used "items" in the public areas but they were cleaned by morning. The pool was also closed. The area is okay, no view and some traffic noise. I guess it's a personal issue, the surrounding area of Charlotte was not to my taste. The beds were VERY comfy though!

Staff was helpful. Room was decent. The property had people hanging out in the parking lot and trash all over. The hotel elevator was broke so we took the stairs and there was trash and days old food in the stair well.

The girl at the front desk doesn’t show any happiness of working there at alll. Hotel has a pool but not working and full of mold (green)

Room okay - immediate area safety concerns
This hotel is in a very sketchy area. Homeless people in the parking lot, we saw 2, what appeared to be prostitutes smoking weed in a car in the parking lot, and the grounds were dirty. The room was okay clean but I still felt not as cleam as could be. Front desk person was very nice! But, for safety concerns I wouldn't stay here again.
