We have been staying here for 15 years and it is a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel. Some aspects have declined but it is still worth the value. Management took out all the microwaves because some people misuse them. Pillows are small. Air conditioning works but doesnt always keep it at the temperature indicated on the control. Housekeeping is now only done once every three days. Breakfast is decent and pool and fitness room are good too. Staff are friendly enough.

Great place to stay. The people are nice and the housekeeping is great. The room was spacious and clean. The price was great. Nearby food and shopping. The only problem we had was noise above us. I called front desk and within minutes the noises stopped. I would stay again, but woupd ask for top floor instead.

I liked that it was convenient and the staff was great. We had an issue with the vending machine and she gave us a refund with no problem! I didn’t like all the smokers sitting in front of the entrance. It gave it a smell when you walked in and the elevators.

Already responded to text review. Upon arrival we only had access to very hot water for showering and washing at sink. - maintenance fixed next day Husband removed 7 Stink Bugs from our room. Telephone would not call family in another room Hair dryer in room caught fire and blew up - Front desk staff could not bring working dryer to room. I had to get dressed and walk to front desk with towel on my head to retrieve working hair dryer. Stayed for 3 nights and room was not cleaned for first two days, nor was trash’s emptied or towels and bathroom supplies replaced. To finish on a positive note breakfast was great and staff were outstanding! We will not consider a replete a stay nor would we recommend to friends or family. DM Trader

Sorry a terrible experience I had filthy room dead bugs someone’s dirty clothes smell fish and smoke they gave me a new room but that’s all they offered me and sec one was a little better
