Staying here was pretty average. Regular size room, but big bathroom. The best part of the place was the breakfast. It's pretty worth it versus everything else. But the area didn't feel very safe. While we were out apparently someone had gotten stabbed in the hotel! So I'd say keep to yourself.

The ladies were fantastic, cleaning ladies nice as could be, there was a gentleman walking around who was super courteous. A little warm in the hallways and elevator, but that happens sometimes. Overall, wonderful stay.

My room air condition was extremely noisy which didnt allow me to sleep during my 2 night stay. And pillow are too soft for my preference. I plan to return there for work and would really appreciate to get those things fixed for the next time.

Everything was fine except check in procedure. Entry doors lock at 9:00pm. We arrived at 9:20pm and could not get in. We called hotel and they opened the doors, I asked front desk clerk if they heard me knocking and he said yes he did, but that was not the correct procedure. Jerk.

Room was musty when we arrived; hallway on the fifth floor was not air-conditioned so very hot when we got off the elevator. Room and bathroom were clean but bathroom needs updating. Overall it was ok for a one night stay but definitely would not stay more than one night

Definitely the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. The A/C in our room partially worked. The morning of checkout around 7:30 a house keeper just barged in our room without knocking or announcing waking us up. My wife answered the door and she proceeded to tell us we checked out when we were clearly sleeping. 5 minutes later the phone rings and the front desk proceeded to tell my wife we checked out and kept repeating herewell someone had checked out of our room. She had a terrible attitude and was rude. My wife went down there to try and speak to them and resolve the situation and the same individual proceeded to continue to argue with her. Both keys were still in our possession, no proof anyone had check out, yet no apologies for barging in and waking us up or calling and continuing to harass us.
