I was very disappointed in the check in they try to charge for room that was pre paid for had to deal with that and prove to them I paid for the room to do earlier check in they wanted to charge me $50 per room for early check in after discussing it with front desk did only charge me $20 to. Check in both rooms the toilet would take long time to stop running and the ac in the room was very loud

Great place to stay. My only complaint was the toilet. After two uses it wouldn’t flush. The surrounding of the hotel was beautiful and it was a lot of walking distance areas around. Parking was easy to follow and check in/out was efficient!

Overnight Trip
One night stay for a Hornets game. Front desk was able to check us in 2 hours early. Excellent experience for an overnight stay. Directly across the street from the Nascar Hall of Fame. Our 7th floor room window actually opened with no screen or safety measure, people with kids might not like that but we enjoyed it.

Our tub and sink backed up while taking showers and brushing our teeth. Maintenance wasn’t available and there weren’t any other rooms available to move us to. The entire 8th floor reeked of cigarette smoke like a dirty ashtray. The overall appearance of the hotel looked nice and clean until you started using things to fin them broken or cheap. Guest services did take a discount off the room, but not sure I would stay there again. The location seemed great location for Bank of America Stadium. However, we went to the CVS across the street and witnessed a guy come in pretend to scan groceries and then stuff them in his jacket and ran out of the store. The clerk said she’s not even worried about because just 3 hours earlier she was held up at knife point where another person came in the store to rob it. She said she wasn’t risking her life to say anything to them.
