TV remote had issues with box located on back of TV. Tub would not drain. Had to call maintenance. Toiletries not stocked. Homeless guy threw bottle of water at us or at window because we would not give him food while eating breakfast. Room was hot when we checked in

It was okay
Dance Club was loud but AC unit was even louder. Room needs to be updated. Door was almost impossible to open. Bed needed to be replaced with something comfortable and not sagging in the middle. Great location and super friendly staff.

I don’t remember his name, but the guy at the front desk was so nice! My friend and I checked in for a concert that was unfortunately canceled last minute, which was very disappointing. The guy at the front desk went above and beyond to cheer us up and make us laugh and greeted us each time we came in the lobby.

Our stay was kind of crazy, long story short my wife booked this room because Hotels.com has it listed as an Ev charging station hotel which it is not and when we arrived to our room the toilet was broke and needed to be fixed but to mention there was water all over the toilet seat which needed to be cleaned by house service as soon as we entered the room. The gym is a cool little gym but there was no cups for the water machine.

The beds were disappointing. There were supposed to.be two queen beds. Instead there were two double beds, which were very uncomfortable. No continental breakfast was available. The room was spotlessly clean and hotel staff were excellent and helpful. It would have been an excellent hotel if not for the small beds.
