The room was beautiful, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, every single staff member we encountered was helpful and kind. Fab at the front desk made check in a breeze, the valet staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. I didn't feel safe walking alone early morning or late at night, and it was on the outskirts of uptown, otherwise the stay was fantastic :)

I was surprised at how nice this property was. Rooms are designed like a mini apartment with electric burners, fridge, dish washer, pots/pans etc everything you need. There’s also a mini snack bar and a free included buffet breakfast (I wasn’t a fan of the food very salty but it’s nice they at least had something). The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. My room was facing a parking lot so it was quiet for me in the evening time (I know other reviews said otherwise but the noise was no issue for me). The area is a bit sketchy but I would be Uber especially if you’re a female and alone.

We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. Parking is by Valet only and costs $45. They charged $100 up front for that and incidentals. I just checked out yesterday morning and have yet to see it adjusted for just the parking, so hopefully that's just a bank issue and will work out soon. The property itself was great, though. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchenette, but it has everything you need for a short term stay... A small countertop cooking surface, sink, dishwasher, medium size refrigerator, dinner and silverware. The views of the city from the top floor were beautiful! All of the staff were courteous and professional.

The good, bad and fyi.... Fyi - there is no hotel parking and valet is $45/day. At times there was only one person working valet and it took 15 to 20 minutes to get my car. So request your car early if you're in a hurry. Also, be sure to check your receipt when you check out. They charged me twice for Saturday ($80 total) but I caught it before I left. Went back in to ask about it and the lady said "you asking me what happened". Well duh... she was the only one at the desk so ummm yeah 🙄. There is no pool at all, and the rooftop deck (on the second floor) had seating and a fire pit but the pit was never lit during my 5 night stay. They clean the rooms every other day unless you request it. I saw a few homeless people which doesn't bother me, just fyi. The Good - rooms are spacious and clean with built-ins. My room was huge in the corner of the building, #509. All of the '09 rooms on each floor are the same. Beds are not as comfortable as stated in some of the other reviews, but it wasn't bad. The bar area is nice and cozy. They have board games, cornhole etc. in the bar area as well. Breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from, and they have real eggs 😋. Overall, nice hotel just not the best area. The Bad - while I loved my big nice cozy corner room, I was so disappointed to find out there is a nite club across the street and once it closed, no more sleep for the night. From 12 midnight to 4am, all I heard was loud music, talking, cursing, cars burning rubber.

When I arrived the air conditioner in the room was broken and it was noisy on my floor. I could not get any sleep. The next room they gave me, the bathroom sink was clogged. There was no free parking and I had to use the hotel's valet parking. Which costs $45.00 a day. I found out in the hotel website that valet parking is actually $35.00. Also, they require a $7.00 tip to be given each day you use valet.
