The mattress and pillows were well past due for replacement. The mattress and pillows sagged something terrible. I woke up with back and neck pain from poor spinal alignment, and kept waking up. Other than that, everything was amazing. The free breakfast was decent enough that my picky wife ate it (that's always a plus.) The USB charging ports on the desk were a life saver for my work phone, since I left my charger at my house. All in all, outside of the quality of mattress and pillows, the stay was good.

There was a very large leak in the ceiling of the lobby with water that poured out of it, we had to have them let us in the side entrance because we would’ve gotten wet walking thru the lobby. It smelled afterwards to eat breakfast down there so we just took it to our room. Also there was no hot water the entire stay so when we tried to shower it was freezing cold and we could only put our heads in the water. When we were waiting for our shuttle to the airport we had to watch our shuttle to driver eat his lunch before we could leave so we left 15 mins late. Other than these issues, the room was nice and comfy.

We honestly did enjoy our stay. The dissatisfied end was back door access, room key entry and plumbing issues. Our last day of stay was upsetting. Hopefully these matters. An be resolved, and enjoy our stay in the future

There was a rust stain in the tub and a ring. One towel had stains. There was also a roach in the bedroom area. My grandson chose to sleep on top of the bed cover in his clothes.

Boiler was down, no hot water. No management on site to speak to. Management told the staff they would only offer $10.00 discount each night for no hot water. Lobby doors stayed open and the lobby was freezing. Hole in ceiling of lobby. Chairs wrapped up with caution tape. Other guests had complained of cockroaches in their bathroom on the vanity. I was left a voicemail that I only got once my plane landed and turned off airplane mode. Morgan Wallen concert is his weekend so limited availability at all other hotels. I was told by staff I would get full refund if I canceled and have yet to receive cancellation confirmation. We ended up having to pay $700 for one night at a hotel with hot water.

I choose this property to take advantage of the Airport shuttle only to be told it didn't pick anyone up until 5pm and did not take anyone to the airport until 0600 am. My flight was leaving at 0600 so I had to be there 2 hours earlier. It was too late to cancel my stay and find other accommodations for I ended up having to find private transportation. They should specify time of shuttle.

Stay away from this place. Hotel.com shouldn’t even have this as an option. There are motel 6 options better than this place. Management has turned this place into a nasty place not fit to be a hotel.
