One of the biggest reasons that we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool. It's frustrating to check-in and be told it's closed for maintenance. Sort of felt like a total waste of money at that point. The area it's in isn't the safest either. All the restaurants and businesses keep their doors locked at night and in the early morning. Cops were surrounding a building right around the corner from the hotel one night, as well. Overall, the hotel itself was fairly nice and the staff was kind and helpful, but overall it was super disappointing.

Our stay was just okay. Our 1st floor room and lobby area really needs updating, our headboard was peeling apart, the arms of the chair was torn. The ice machine on this floor didn't have any ice, and in the morning our elevator wasn't working, though that may have been a fluke. The pros were, The bed was firm and comfortable for a good night sleep, the bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure, the staff were very kind and friendly. Would I stay at this hotel again, probably not, it served its purpose but was not good value for the price we paid.

We booked two rooms. The hotel overall looks clean and nice; however one of our rooms had bugs crawling in the bed. To date the hotel has not refunded the $176 paid for a room that was infested with bugs- which is unacceptable. Especially for the price paid for the room. Neither room phone worked. One of the rooms the phone was missing the handset cord and the cord to plug it in the wall. Breakfast is $23 per person.

Only reason i choose this hotel bcs was close to a place where i have to go, and the warm swimming pool, and i find out that pool was close due to maintenan e, then i went to my room try to sleep some time around 3pm.....and u canhear some loud hammers again for some construccion inside hotel,, it wasnt the best choice for me this time, also in advertisement look great but i gess its not that new doesnt have any USB outlets for phone charges
