Our overall experience was great, The property was nice and the room was spacious. We have a homeless Crisis. But it needs to be at least one security available around the property My wife was nervous to go to the car to retrieve something because there were homeless people blocking the entrance to the elevator and Staring at her. Other than that, our experience was amazing

The hotel is super close to bars and restaurants. My only complaint about the hotel was the bathroom. It’s just poorly designed and there were some cracks in the ceiling. Also, when I arrived, there was a tiny black hair on one of my pillows and then another long black hair on a clean towel. I didn’t notify guest services but still a little grossed out.

Enjoyed a one night stay. Convenience of walkability to the Spectrum Center is why I chose the SpringHill Suites. We walked to the concert & d didnt have to worry about getting back out in the traffic. The Spectrum Center is literally right across the street from the hotel. The room was very clean & the bed was quite comfortable. Free breakfast was very good with lots of hot & cold choices. My husband & I had planned to try the bar on the property but unfortunately after the concert we were too late to catch it open. We plan to give it a try on our next stay. $42 for valet parking but for convenience, I guess that was ok. We were very happy with our stay.
