Our stay was fine. I didn’t care for the shower at all. They need a hand shower for easy rinse off. I have long hair and have to use a lot of products . The floor needed to be swept and mopped. Beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast was quick and convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tru by Hilton Mooresville. It was a seamless check in process, nice welcoming staff. Very well designed property with an open concept lobby area where breakfast is served. The staff is constantly attentive to cleaning and replenishing any items. They text you shortly after you check in to ensure you have a good stay. I was able to confirm breakfast times, request for an additional key for my mom and request Lee additional toiletries via text. Property doesn’t have a pool, but it’s close to Lake Norman State park where you can go for a nice swim.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again. The comforter covers weren't comfortable, the breakfast was fine and the bath products were fine. I'd call this place fine not great.

This a dog friendly hotel in which I didn't mind however we seen more than enough and there were some barking. In one area of the hotel it smelled like dogs. The gym had no hand sanitizer nor were there anything to wipe down the machines with. The continental breakfast was 2 out of 5. The rooms are small. The shower was a 3 out 5 and they didnt have a closet.
