It was the cleanest place we’ve stayed in so far! Even though we were there for a car event and weren’t there much but when we were it was amazing and the beds were so comfortable and I didn’t wake up with a worse back ache with my back issues. Absolutely 10/10 and the front desk was very helpful when we got there. Our room wasn’t ready yet but they sped up the process and helped us get in our room pretty quickly! I would definitely book with them again!

The guy at the desk on the afternoon of checkin was MOST helpful! After I got settled in my room, I needed to access a printer, and he was able to help me print out some important info that I needed to have in hand at a meeting the next day. Our home had been hit by Helene and we still did not have internet when I left for Charlotte.

This hotel was just okay. Thankfully we only needed to stay two nights. This hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast was just okay with the basic options. Our room was not cleaned everyday and parking filled up quickly in the evening, however we did always find a spot. The front desk staff was awesome and helpful.
