I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The young lady who checked us in was pretty unpleasant and a bit cold. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

The bed was not comfortable
The elevator was broken going up to my floor. No one told me when checking in so it was really frustrating when it would not let me off on my floor. The beds are very uncomfortable. The floor would have been better. However, it was very clean and everyone was very nice.

Walkable to many restaurants, riverfront, aquarium. Very roomy rooms. Pool, fitness center, Starbucks and bar area are nice conveniences. Uncomfortable sleeper sofa is the only negative.

Good experience
Everything was great Except there were no USB ports in the room. Some of the furniture has seen better days but that did not affect our stay at all. Breakfast food in the Bistro very pricey. Overall a good experience & staff were all exceptional. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.
