We were dissapointed that the breakfast did not have any fresh fruit to serve the guests. I was also dissapointed that there did not seem to be any suagr-free syrup for the poancakes.

Worse experience of my 2 week vacaction! Reserved a room with 2 queen size beds for 3 people. Without even notification, they changed or room to a king with sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress was old with no support. Very uncomfortable. No pillows, all ice machines broken except on two out of 5 floors. Room freezing and thermastat did not work. Very loud highway noise. I could keep going but i want to forget about this experience. Will NEVER recommend nor stay there again.

Good with a twist.
Everything was great, except, We came back from our daughters house Sunday night, a little tired and in need of rest and medication only to find we were locked out of our room be a door security item. There was only one lady working the entire hotel. She tried with no luck to open the door and suggeste the maintanance man would be in at 7:30 AM. Not acceptable. At my insistance she called the fire department who showed up later and opend the door. Other than that nightmare, all was good.

Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would come down everything morning for breakfast and there was seldom any fruit, and I was an early riser - more fresh fruit would be nice. Other choices for breakfast were adequate. Made a long week away from home for work very comfortable.

Check in was discombobulated. Room not ready. We left and came back 45 minutes later and sent to a room not ready. Eventual room was clean and comfortable. Front desk people not particularly friendly on Sunday. Very pleasant person on Monday. Only one ice machine on one of five floors working. Breakfast was out of many items well before the end of service: no milk, no individual juice, no biscuits. I lucked out and got the last yogurt. The person running the food was super nice and working hard. Breakfast not what we are used to at Holiday Inn.

Excellent, Clean, Quiet location
The staff were all so pleasant and professional, specifically Eden at the front desk. She was very helpful in several different aspects. There was also a young man that worked to supply the breakfast every morning we were there. He did an excellent job and stayed on top of things. We came back to freshly made beds and clean linens every night. That made a huge difference having three small kids with us. Only negative issue I had was that the mattresses needed to be replaced in our room. They are saggy and misshapen and caused some discomfort while sleeping. Other than that, our stay was great!

No more Holiday Inns for me
Apparently they didn't have my number on file. So we showed up at 10pm and had no room because a maintenance issue occurred. But no one called or emailed to say anything. The room was already paid for but we got turned away. Very disappointing. I understand things happen, but no notice was just crazy. Now we're wondering around in a new city trying to find a room.
