We have stayed before and it was great. This particular time it was so so. Staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The ceiling above the shower was damaged along with peeling paint. The TV had terrible reception every channel would lagg and lose reception.

The hotel was average, but in a good location. They definitely charge for the location. The facility is not worth the price otherwise. The Brazilian steakhouse inside the hotel has really gone down downhill in the last couple years

Great location downtown. Easy walk to the river and easy drive to Lookout Mountain. Plenty of dining options nearby. Will definitely stay again. Indoor pool is great and breakfast is served for a charge at the restaurant connected to the hotel.

We travel often to this area. We brought my granddaughter and selected a corner room. We did not get that when we checked in. I noticed that our socks were so filthy after walking through our room in a very short period of time. I would recommend either replacing the carpet or working on a DEEP CLEAN for this Holiday inn location,

Centrally located within walking distance to the Aquarium and a ton of great dining spots. Lover this place. The staff were so nice and genuinely sincere in welcoming us when we arrived and when we departed bidding us safe travels. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and got plenty of sleep and rest.

Unfortunately I stayed at a Holiday inn last night
Hotel was nice, bed was comfortable. I do have a few suggestions. Outside seating area for smokers, better parking instructions and signage. The street/car noise was terrible until early morning hours. It was just a very "blah" experience.

We were never told that there was a parking charge on the property When asked we were told that only free parking was a public parking in a in unsafe neighborhood. After paying $162 night, we weren't given a single bottle of water complimentary. Sleeping matress were were worn out and very uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a conference so I didn’t get to experience much, but the staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed in the parking situation ($25 a night to valet at the hotel or $15-$20 in lots around the hotel) but I understand this isn’t the hotel’s fault and is common with the majority of hotels in the area as it is in downtown. The room was nice and clean.
