An alarm went off two nights in a row between midnight and 1 AM. NO EXPLAINATION WAS GIVEN TO GUESTS. I had to go down to desk to find out what happened. Furniture frayed. Show drain stopped up with hair. I had to clean as the floor flooded.

The property is located in a very walkable location to bars and restaurants. It’s also close to the riverfront area. The bar at the property was friendly. Front desk people were super helpful too. Highly recommend the Hotel Indigo experience.

The rooms were a decent size and provided sufficient space for two adults to both open their suitcases at once! This is big - a simple but important convenience that many of your competitors overlook! We loved the shower stall and the water quality and pressure were great. Food was tasty, but my schedule was such that I didn't get to order either of your signature desserts (Raspberry/White Chocolate Bread Pudding & Apple Hand Pie), but I fully expect to try them on my next visit! Hope to see you again soon!

I can say without a doubt this is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed. Staff incredibly welcoming and top notch. The guys at the valet were awesome, quick, and efficient. Would definitely stay here anytime we are visiting Chattanooga.

Would stay here again, but the check was terrible. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear without shouting and the man behind the counter was very rude. Place is clean and convenient, and the valet parking is nice but not necessary as the lot is literally right in front. Comfortable beds, but shower not clean-still had hair in it from previous guest.
