We checked out and then decided to stay another night. The first room was great the second room not so much. There was no Kleenex in the room just an empty container . The floors in the bathroom were dirty in the corners

Ok if just staying for a bit, no big complaints. Being a bit pickier, the hallway was at 57F for some reason, the walls and floors are very thin, and the breakfast was frugal.

First off the Desk person was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately my room seemed to not be cleaned well. There was human hair on my bedding and towels. Additional my bedding smelled like someone else’s perfume and pheromones. Maybe it was a mistake however it wasn’t a good experience.

Hotel is clean and room was spacious for our family of five. Youngest slept on the pull out couch. Staff was pleasant. Our room did not have bedding for the couch bed though so we had to go back down stairs to get that. Then we didn’t have toilet paper either so we had to go back downstairs again for that. This wouldn’t have been a big issue except there is only 1 working elevator and it is very slow. The pool was closed. The reason for 4 stars is that the breakfast was not up to par. The sausage gravy was cold and inedible. Biscuits were hard and also cold. Eggs were awful and sausage patties were sitting in grease and were also cold. There was only one working staff member filling the buffet and she seemed overwhelmed and was not friendly. Pancake machine had run out of batter and she was not quick to replace it despite the line. Trash was overflowing and tables were not able to be kept clean.
